Hi all, need to drop the 4l60 out of my vp and put in a t5. Are those cheap transmission jack adaptors you see on eBay any good for a couple of uses? I’m eyeballing my jack and the height of these things plus a box on top and I may not be able to jack the car up high enough?

Halfway through a manual conversion on my vp. The brake light and cruise control switches screwed into the auto pedal box. With the new manual pedal box, the holes are too big (~15mm diameter), my old switches are ~13mm diameter. Is there a difference in the switches in say vn/vp to vr/vs/vt?
