    Steel pipe power steering

Try a different 'Pirtek' franchise. Of course they can. Cut off, replace nut, reflare. It may be a touch shorter or they can use an adaptor on the nut to extend length that way. Could even make another from braided line or similar, strap it to the original line to keep the shape. There's plenty...

    Windows slider swap without breaking

Ask Holden direct. And no, don't drill larger. There's a reason some guys only sell parts. https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/161596741892?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=705-154756-20017-0&ssspo=waqKC3GUTda&sssrc=2047675&ssuid=Otl3lLdJQZG&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY

    Windows slider swap without breaking

Get some 3D printed using the samples. Otherwise new or used regulators to strip. I've done it twice. I'm not happy about it either. There's a whole lot of spare parts replacement and aftermarket dealers that have dropped the ball on this, as did Holden even swapping over and not supplying a part.

No one makes VZ clips, or at least to sell separately. No, you can't drill clips from 8mm to 10mm to suit a round ballstud.

    Keeping It OEM ?

Half of those things don't matter, many enthusiasts replace parts to suit their tastes even if the rest of the car is bone stock. Exhaust, intake, brakes fall into this category. Unless it's a low mile, original something fancy then half of these would be more desirable to the average owner of...

    Paint stripper for engine covers?

Yeah, not just thick layers of paint but also has the textured surface, no sanding. No underside details, these are cast. Will update with info when I have some.

Satin black? Sand them? Do you know what the part is? Google doesn't know what these are.

    Paint stripper for engine covers?

Yep, and these are the red GTS HSV 300 cast type, not the ABS or polypropylene plastic, etc, seen on regular production models. Yes, always wary of fluids on plastics that then create further problems in the future or for next paint to adhere
