VK Brock engine colour

Can anyone tell me what the paint code and colour of the red Brock engines is please?
If not then does anyone know what colour is close?

its red...and had a silly name something like
'Corporate Engine Red' paint code? hmmmmm

So, not same Rocket Orange/Holden Red paint then Smitty?

I think, from memory, it was the same red on Red motors. It was only on the VK Group A engines, no other Brock engines were anything other than standard factory colour.

When I repainted mine we polished up a secion of paint, heat affected and 20 odd years old, the old paint seemed a little darker and slightly less orange than the new engine paint I used,

I put it down to heat & age and thought nothing more of it

It is not the same as the Holden red which is more like an orange, these engines were more like bright red like fire engine red.

Just relaying what I was told when I did my apprenticeship and they were brand new.
