Holden have said it will be a direct fit into the VE/VF pipeline without much modding. Sounds to me like they've already had a few test mules. Would be a fantastic crate motor.

Pretty much been done already by the factory. Compare the Cadillac crest with the old Statesman crest from the HJ-HZ days. Very little difference and it was always easy to see what the Stato badge design was inspired by.
