VE S1 Calais Blaupunkt lockout

I had my old VE S1 calais blaupunkt sitting around for a few years, and just sold it. New owners ve has spat out the security lockout error. I don’t have the pin anymore and some forum comments mention that due to VIN mismatch the code wouldn’t work anyway? Is my only option Holden?

Yes, they need to be VIN matched,
And then the PIN would work,
If you don’t have the PIN, head to a Holden dealer (if you can find one that is helpful) and provide ownership details, and they may help, but might cost you some dollars.
Unless there is a JC’s member that is able to assist.
