Hi guys need some info on a vc sle I just got, i've done a couple quick searches and figured out its tuxedo black over Aztec silver but want to find out what the trim 1484-11y is?
Tags are as follows
Model VC8VX69-334
Body No 712100M
Trim 1484-11Y
Paint 567-30851 Top 568-30861
L36 M40 GU7

Sorry if its been covered before but was thinking of cleaning it up re selling or parting out as its been junked up a little with vh sle rear end, vs speaker pods, sub tubes in parcel shelf, red 253 and 4 speed. Has couple bad spots of rust but fixable or was thinking remove those items and put back to vc bits and fixup the door trims to standard?

Yep. Black was available from VB onwards. Not many done though.

Main concern is the rear drum brakes Thought all sle's had disks all round

Wouldn't be too concerned. I also had a VB 253 with a drum diff, AVB chassis number and Oct78 build. If it was changed, it was early in its life as the underneath was covered in matching corrosion and the bolts were seized. Some of the old Commodore guys say they existed, the new generation of "subject matter experts" say otherwise.
