Drove up to see the bitsa vk the other day...

Split tubs almost finished,new bootfloor is in so too all beaver repairs & lower quarter panel infill panels....lots of labour & hours put in by the cousin.

255/60/15 on 15x7 rim looks big tucked nicely inside a vk quarter panel...next stop is custom engine bay work.

Should open up imgur thing to host pics as FB dont seem to last long.

Still covered in crud and crap after years of hiding in carport...engine bay work has started.

Basically
Vr 304/4l60e
Vt covers
Vn hsv/sv89 reproduction fibreglass airbox
Vs series 3 alloy 2 core/vs v6...modified tie bar thermofan
Paces or hsv headers...have both.

Probably go vt booster setup and hide brake lines although wasn't original plan.

Also smoothing out bay already routed wiring under guards and through trans tunnel years ago.

All of the above grew up in Ron Barclay,Rat Attack,Beauchamp's era of 90's street machine mag where that was the rage.
