Dura Ace groups are 11 speed and the worlds best time trial riders seem fine pumping similar power through them so strength wouldn't be my concern.

Do you have power meters? I was looking at some pedal ones but for 1k a set I'll stick with my $100 R-550's.

Yeah from legs you're fine. I have a 2kW, 160nm mid drive on mine. It has a built in dpc power meter, my legs don't even register

Haha I thought you meant you did the 2kw. Some track riders can peak past 2kw on legs.

Yeah no chance for me, no human is making that torque either. Pretty sure elite humans only do about 400 watts with bursts close to 1kW. There's no human on this earth keeping up with this bike either way

Track riders are the velodrome guys they can peak that high. 300w is a top endurance rider.

For the time of release , Giant runs an entry level road bike frame , V brakes ,Shimano 105 2x 10sp , crankset is Shimano R600 compact 34 x 50 T, cassette was Shimano 105 10 sp 12 - 27 T ,, now running Shimano 105 5700 10sp 11 -28T cassette.
