Rubber Splitting In Engine Bay

Hi all, I was doing some checks of my engine bay in my 2001 VX S Pack with Factory LPG fitted and noticed this rubber section that appears to lead to the air filter is splitting, I was wondering if this is something I should be worried about? Also can I still purchase this part somewhere as I am unsure of what it is called?

I mainly use petrol but occasionally use LPG sometimes, all other connections and components are fine just this rubber section.

Any assistance is appreciated.
