Hey guys

I bought this project about a week ago as a toy to do up. It had a lot of money spent on it and then it sat for a number of years.

We slapped a new battery in it and she fired up straight away. No smoke out of the exhaust and an extremely clean and crisp engine.

The entire vehicle is dirty from being in storage, rats have been living in the engine bay and the paint has had a few scuffs etc. The engine bay will clean up and I am lucky that no rodents have started to nibble on wiring. The paint should also buff and polish up almost mint. The engine looks brand new with not a drop of oil anywhere to be found. Underbody is near mint and the body is extremely straight.

I have only had it for a couple of days but have replaced all the coolant hoses, TPS and will be changing alternator later today.

Pictures will be added as we go. Feedback and suggestions appreciated

PLEASE TAKE NOTE - I also think the front bar looks like ass

Need to ditch the tonneau hooks badly. They look like crap with a hard lid. Other than that it looks pretty clean. Look forward to seeing more pics

Thanks. I intend to spend a lot of time on this as I think it's got potential.

You've got a good point demonica. Hook delete will happen pretty shortly

Will get more shots soon. Interior is tidy but need a glovebox badly. Parts are a dime a dozen on these things

When we were talking about this I thought it was a V8! Definitely doesn't make the power you said then, lol.

Nice unit. With forged internals I'd be looking at intercooling and ramping that boost up. What's it running currently?

I realise that. I thought it was extremely high as I said.

Not too sure just yet. Making sure all is well before it has its first voyage
