Correct. It’s important to widen the holes before putting it back. This was done from the factory in Alloytecs of more recent years.
Ok, so it’s the same procedure for a vs Ecotech ?? Am I correct in saying its best to use the original type of PCV as used in the VS ??

No. This is the VZ section and is regarding the PCV in the 3.6ltr Alloytec motor.

The VS used the 3.8ltr Ecotec and had a completely different PCV.
