I never got to run my ute before the cam so I dont know how it would of gone.( no track at that time) For a bolt on unedited those are great numbers. A mafless tuned OTRCAI car that was here this weekend could only manage 13.7 @ 101mph.(on ET streets)
We normally run at around 5000ft here though so that may be why we cant get the mph.

Yes true, ppl like Phonsy @ GMM and G&D, APS Frankston all have run 11's bolt ons. I know them all well personally. I was referring to 4-5yrs ago.

R&D, time, product development etc, has come along way since H/C LS1's were running 12's 4-5yrs ago.

Every1 on here has talked bout nothing but $$$ upgrades.
whats the best place to start? Simple upgrades!
Plugs? Leads? Coils? Filter?
Surely there are gains from this aswell. what are some good upgrades for those who don't wanna change tune or manifolds? exhuast is an obvious.

well you could drop all your oils and run royal purple engine,gearbox, an diff
go get a good filter some iridium plugs some good leads think i had a set of ss induction leads on my old ss
other than that the best simple mod you can do is get a tune

Change your cat back part of your exhaust if you havn't done already, and then an OTR and mafless tune. You will notice a huge diff after otr and tune.

How is a red back 2.5 inch cat back or x-flow 2.5 inch cat back going to be sound wise?
I only want something that makes a bit of noise when you bury your foot.
Want it a reasonably quite sort of noise when driving normally, obviously more than a stock exhaust but.
