I'd start with spark plugs and leads, make sure they are gapped correctly. change the fuel filter and run some injector cleaner. New air filter and check/clean the MAF.

A damn good flush of the cooling system is in order too.

Will do!
I put some Injector cleaner back in December I believe but I'll do it again.
The Air filter is a new K&N one and is pretty clean.
I'll ask my mechanics to check the spark plugs and the leads since I'm very much a newbie at engines. I'll also ask them to clean the MAF sensor if they can. If not then I'll try and do it myself.

I've been planning to flush the whole cooling system for a while and just need to get everything to do so. I also need to order a new Overflow bottle since my current one is disgusting.

New K&N filter, definitely check the MAF. Oiled filters, particularly new ones tend to contaminate the MAF hot wires leading to false MAF readings and potentially lean condition which may contribute to rough running.

The wasted spark will wear plugs out quicker than most other types of engines. I find 30k-35k is about time to change plugs in a V6.

Could I unplug the MAF sensor before I start the car to see if that could be the cause of the idle?

No. the MAF is the primary sensor for measuring air flow, without it the PCM is lost.

Would this be the MAF sensor?

MAF sensor cleaned and replaced the K&N filter with a Ryco A360.
Still idling rough unfortunately so next moving on to Spark Plugs and the leads so some time next week maybe.
Added Liqui Moly Petrol injector cleaner to the tank as well.
Then I'll ask my mechanic to swap the Supercharger coupler when it arrives.
