How does the info get onto the windscreen?

Through a series of complex levers and pullies.

how accurate is it? ie how updated would it be ? Speed limits change frequently and it is possible to get caught out I suspect quite easily..
Officer, I was concentrating on my HUD which says this is 100 Km/h zone, Officer to me " well that's wrong , you should have been looking the the speed limit sign 1 km's back and it is now 80 km/h , here's your $200 fine !!

That's why people should be paying attention to the road in front of them and the signs posted, rather then worrying exclusively about what a GPS or HUD says.

All this technology while great, is creating even worse drivers then we already have lol.
