How should we be measuring a strut? As the extended length?
Mounting point center to center length extended and fully collapsed.

has the twin humps, think you measure the length when its extended as some of the ones at the shop were 725mm's!
The twin hump lid is the heaviest, get the strongest (correct length) struts available.
Do you have the electrics hooked up for the lid? The R/H strut has a switch to turn the underlight on and off.

How did you get on mate? I tried to find some on eBay with no luck well none that have that have a NM listed for a VE. Found bonnet struts really easy but nothing much for a hard cover that weighs about the same as a twin hump.
