Here’s the Rainbow Lorrikeet

Currently our Liquid Amber trees are shedding leaves and seeds, and daily we get about 2 dozen Rainbow Lorikeets in the front yard. Happens every year, and they happily share it with the Galahs and Magpies that wander around at the same time.
We did have some Banksias in the front and back, which we had to get removed as they were getting too big. The giant Black Cockatoos used to spread popcorn all over the grass, and the Rainbow Lorikeets just ignored humans until they were less than an arm's length away in these trees / bushes.
I am not a 'birdie' person, just enjoy seeing the native birds having a natural foraging feed.
