now im also gonna go manual convert with turbs whats a good box that could candle this much power somewhere between 350-450rwkw? thanks guys appreciate the help

Best option would be a T56 mate.

thats the gen3 one eyy? do they have a bolt on bell housing? like would i be able to get a bell housing to suit a 5l block?
