Do VY front coilovera fit in a VS

VC, VH and VY
VR through to VZ are very similar in strut design, so I'd say they'll fit.

VE and VF are similar in design to the previous generation of Commodores with the struts but seriously doubt if they'll interchange easily...

VB to VP are a different design to the VR onwards...

My VZ Crewman has VY front struts.

Yea that might be because they kept the Crewman the same but the sedans had the new struts.
VZ had in the non commercial range ball/ball links whereas the VY from memory still had the rubber top but ball bottom link.

Edit: I actually had VZ coilovers in my VR but I tried a ball link conversion that had alloy washers in place of the rubber bushes.
They failed so I moved to a whiteline adjustable sway bar and used adjustable ball/ball links and it worked fine.
