It does but I had a quick look at a wiring diagram last night and looks like you wont get reds displayed.

I did initially try the stock VR memcal and it ran fine but swapped back to a Greenfoam memcal I had done previously for the old engine. Everyone that has driven it says that it goes very well apart from a small knock from exhaust Y-pipe that I need to fix next.

Used VR ecu and VR wiring loom. Also used all VR sensors where I could to make any diagnosis easier. Only had to extend wires for TPS and IAC. All the rest was plug and play. Retained the VR trans as it bolted straight up to the ecotec. I didnt want to ECU swap as then I would also have needed...

BCM could be faulty ??

I have done the ecotec swap into a VR about 8 years ago. The only problem I still have to fix properly is the exhaust Y-pipe as it sometimes hits body or tranny. Could not use the ecotec Y-pipe so I had to "massage" the buick pipe to fit. See my old thread here...

I used a small cut-off wheel on my Dremel to open just above the swirlpot on my tank repair.

Just found a couple of pics when I did this a few years ago. First pic is how I found it when fuel pump was removed and hose was broken.

Correct, the end needs to be turned 90 degrees and it separates from the swirl pot.

Last 2 I have done with a thick coat hanger wire. Just bent about 20mm at the end to get into the venturi part and rotate it about 90 degrees and it comes apart. Can then replace the hose and use the hose to put it back in and turn until.it locked into position.
