Hi i need to replace my fuel gauge sender in my VG ute will a sender from VN-VR fit or does it have to be a VG/VP one?

is there an easy way to test if it is the TPS or the IAC ? or just jack it up take off the rims and replace the rest =)

might try replacing the TPS

also for the last couple of months if i had the AC on the car would stall sometimes? could this be the TPS causing the problem?

yeah i definately didn't touch the TPS

would i need to reset the ecu again and take it for a drive? does it take 30mins for the ecu to rest after disconnecting the battery?

no just the one with the o ring

not that i am aware of i just undid the 2 screws where it sits on the throttle body pulled it out cleaned it put the o ring back on and re installed it

also i read up that i should reset the ecu again by disconnecting the battery for 30mins then starting the car and rev it to 3000rpm for 30 sec's?

i cleaned the throttle body and took the sensor thats on the throttle off and cleaned that

Hi i had to disconnect my battery to clean the terminals i also cleaned throttle body and sensor and i reconnected the battery and now the car wont idle unless i hold the accelerator down any help would be much appreciated I have disconnected the battery again for 5mins to reset and still not...
