My May '14 build VF stopped connecting via bluetooth with my Nexus 5 running Marshmallow 6.0.0. This morning I upgraded my phone to 6.0.1 and now the VF bluetooth connection is working again. So if you are having VF android bluetooth problems, Marshmallow 6.0.1 may be the answer.
