Hey I have a 2010 LLT engine that had the timing chain issue, I was considering putting this into my omega to replace the 3.0 but believe can’t be done, has there been a work around this yet. I understand it’s the bcm that is the issue. Can the 3.6 block be used or is it all the timing issue...

Has anyone seen this before, explains alot. Decided to strip down my sisters 2010 3.6 engine that was removed from her wagon. There was fragments of metal on cam sensors. Timing chain loose drivers side, rest looks good. Has anyone seen a broken oil filter housing like this. I’m going to rebuild...
