It's impossible to answer as a photo is only showing the surface damage - who knows what hidden damage is there. It also goes down to what the car is insured for and the value of the car etc. You will not get an accurate answer with a photo online. Take it to an assessor for the correct answer.

Same here, I get every last one off. I do the same with a banana - need to pull off every bit of "string".

Best skin to eat is potato - baked in the oven until nice and crisp then smothered in butter (real butter). I peel all other veggies, don't eat Kiwi fruit.
