    VF Headlight Condensation

Hi all, Thanks for your input: the headlight body breather tube is missing. Where is this located? I noticed that there are two small bumps on top of the headlight. Chris

    VF Headlight Condensation

This has happened to me on the passenger side; the high and low beams keep fogging up. It's starting to piss me off as I used a hair dryer to try and dry it out and then left it open for a while. It eventually cleared after 2 hours, but today started to fog up. Any help would be appreciated.

VFII SV6 - the dreaded 'service steering column lock' message

Only about 4 months, it's did 34,000 km and I'm the 3rd owner. The problem has gone away, but I have been stopping myself from holding the steering wheel when I get out the car. It could still be an issue, so next service I mention it. Chris

VFII SV6 - the dreaded 'service steering column lock' message

Hello, Has anyone suggested anything it seems like my solenoid (from what I have been told) needs replacing. I've only had one instance where the car will not start and that's having a full lock on. My UTE steering wheel used to jolt every first start (I guess this is a feature). Now it...

VF S1 SSV Redline Rear SUB Upgrade

I've been looking online at the different ways I can upgrade the rear speakers (SUBS). They are not bad for stock but could use a bit more bass. Option 1: Install an active subwoofer behind the seats if I can find the smallest one (fewer wires). Option 2: Install a non-active subwoofer behind...

Mud Flaps for SSV Redline UTE 2014

I asked most of the dealers in my area and they laughed at me, so I managed to get some from an E-bay brand new. Paid $145 for the rears and yes I know that's expensive, but I have the full set now front and rear.

Mud Flaps for SSV Redline UTE 2014

@panhead Are you able to post a photo of the rears as I want to compare the rears with various online stores. The part numbers are great help.

SS VF Series 2 : Stock vs Tune/OTR power

Always good to get a honest opinion than be lead up the BS path. I still think a OTR and a tune will be worth it. I cannot get the OTR without the tune without a triggered limp mode or warning on the dash. Not looking to get crazy power that would bend the rods. Looks like the Walkinshaw...

SS VF Series 2 : Stock vs Tune/OTR power

Unless the guy I bought it off was fudged the figures from the Tuner. I'm no expert in Dynos.

SS VF Series 2 : Stock vs Tune/OTR power

My SSV S1 UTE does about 290 KW. I am wondering if that's at the crank. In everyone's view 30-40 KW of power gain from the OTR intake and after a re-tune. It will be interesting to see what E85 does to the power gains. Hoping to get mine re-tuned in October for a OTR intake with E85 in the tank.

    Tuning in WA

Thanks for the warning and heads up. I think I go with Oztrack unless somewhere locally can do it for a cheaper price for the same quality of work. My last car was done with a remote tune and I never had any problems. They only thing I couldn't do was tell what power my car was making.

From the reviews, it seems like that. I get from the e-mail responses that they trying to pull me in and the only way I am going get anything good is by spending $6,000 and maybe I get my car back that's not worse off.
