what 4150 throttle bodies "cheap-ish" do you guys use on your tunnel rams? looking at the aeroflow / proflow 1375cfm jobies.

Has anyone brought anything from this site? 1200cfm throttle bodies look cheap and half decent?

looking at ordering a VCM480 for a stock LS1 150 Km can i get away with just throwing the cam in or do i have to update the stock valve springs etc i guess its advisable to do the timing chain at the same time? what should i make allowances for?
