Got a replacement key fob from ebay so swapped over original key blade and circuit board to the new housing and now the car unlocks/locks but cant start the car. It turns ignition on but the display says the immobilizer is still active so it wont let the car start, anyone come across this?

not only that anything over 18's makes it ride like crap

yes the slave is in the bell housing and you need to remove the gearbox to replace so wont be very cheap as the slave itself costs around $150 and then labor, also go with the bush type spigot, you wont notice any difference in feel and it will last alot longer.

the additive is penrite lubrizol, i get it from bursons but can get it from most auto places if they choose to stock it. my box is out of a vr ss and matches an american 89 model mustang, ive always used dex 3 and lubrizol and its been great

mine had slidey arms at the top and it secures in between the trim and window, once in properly they dont move and cant see how they be dangerous and i highly doubt they are illegal cos you could get them for the vn

ive got the newer vy charger and lim plus u bend ect for spares to port out for $300 if your interested

give it 2 weeks and check the radiator again, i will be surprised if it isnt back

would be inlet manifold gasket for sure, if it was head gasket the oil in the motor would be milky

Yeah it is lol, didn't know it was up for so long but as soon as I saw it I got it back. Have been trying to find it the last couple years lol

well i got my vn back after about 4 1/2 years, still looks the same but just not as neat so i been doing a bit of cleaning up/fixing of things to get it back to how i had it. will put some pics up when i get a chance.

What gear ratio you got and what color gear did you use to get it right?

learn how to read a vacuum gauge and you will find they are a very informative gauge to have. lol that it tells you your engine sucks harder...
